Bug Exploitation
In the spirit of fair gameplay, players are encouraged to report in-game bugs to Game Masters or Admins' as soon as they are discovered. Players who exploit game bugs will be penalized.

Use and Distribution of 3rd party programs
Advertising, using and (or) distributing 3rd party programs that are used to alter game play, unlock game features that are not currently available to other players or disrupt game play is an unfair advantage. Players caught will be penalized.

Tampering with Game Client/Server Information
Attempting to interfere with, hack into, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running IntelRAN Battle Royal.

Inappropriate Naming
The use of inappropriate names will be issued a warning and be allowed to get a name change.

Vulgar/Profound Names that are explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethically offensive.

1.) Names that are explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive defamatory, obscene, hateful racially or ethically offensive to a certain player/players.
2.) Impersonation of a STAFF member. E.g. GM's, Admin's, Sub-Admin
3.) Impersonating players and gangs. *This includes copy of another gang's badge/emblem*

Event Disruption
Disrupting in-game events through harassing event participants and event facilitators affects the game experience for other players and violators will be issued penalties.

Punking a Game Master
Harassing game staff and facilitators in regards to policies or standing violations will warrant the issuance of a penalty.*Respect all staff members of IntelRan Battle Royal*

Spamming/Flooding/Inappropriate Broadcast
Flooding, spamming and using inappropriate broadcasts on public and private channels to disrupt normal conversation for the purpose of harassing or drawing attention to oneself is a violation. *This includes harassment of staff members as well*

1.) Spamming/Flooding: and continuously typing in public or private channels to make other players chat unreadable
2.) Inappropriate broadcast: Marketing, promotion, advertisement, or solicitations within the IntelRAN Battle Royal Online game or on the official website

Vulgarity/Profanity/Racial Slang
The use of sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethically offensive language towards other players.

Impersonation
Pretending to be an InteLRAN employee or to be under the employment of any of InteLRAN affiliates or Developers in order to extract personal information, game items, E-Points, from another player is a form of scamming and will not be tolerated by game management.

Account Theft/Hacking
Accessing another players account to take items, delete the character, alter stats, or obtain personal information about the player.
Primary Hackers Account or accounts which the hacker owns or uses.
Hacked Item Recipient: Accounts that receive items obtained through account theft
Dummy/Storage accounts: Accounts created for the purpose of hiding, storing, passing or selling stolen items on the market.

1.) Bug Exploitation
a.) First Offense: 1 week banned plus removal of bugged/duped items or gold (if any)
b.) 2nd Offense: Permanent Banned of primary account
c.) 3rd Offense: IP banned

II. In Game Behavior

1.) Event Disruption
a.) First Offense: 1 Day Chat Block
b.) 2nd Offense: 3 Day Ban
c.) 3rd Offense: 1 week Ban
d.) 4th Offense and so on (creation of another character to be used for disrupting): 3-6 months ban on how the staff sees fit.

2.) Punking a GM
a.) First Offense: 1 week Ban
b.) 2nd Offense: 1 month ban
c.) 3rd Offense: 3 month ban
d.) 4th Offense and so on (creation of another character to be used for punking): 3-6 months ban on how the staff sees fit.

3.) Spamming/Flooding/Inappropriate Broadcast
a.) First Offense: 1 Day Chat Block
b.) 2nd Offense: 7 Day Chat Block
c.) 3rd Offense: 30 Day Chat Block

4.) Vulgarity Profanity
a.) First Offense: 1 Day Chat Block
b.) 2nd Offense: 1 week ban
c.) 3rd Offense: 1 month ban

5.) Impersonation
a.) First Offense: 1 week ban for main accounts, permanent ban for dummy accounts used.
b.) 2nd Offense: 1 month ban for main account, permanent ban for dummy accounts used.
c.) 3rd Offense: 3-6 months ban for main account especially if with the added offense of SCAMMING, permanent ban for dummy accounts used.

III. Account Theft/Hacking
*Primary Hacker:
a.) First Offense: 1 month ban for personal account and any accounts under his/her ownership.
b.) 2nd Offense: 3-6 months banishment for personal account and any accounts under his/her ownership. Length of banishment will depend on the severity in regards to scamming was also involved etc...
c.)3rd Offense and so forth: Perma ban of all accounts.
*Hacked Item Recipient: 1 Month Banned + removal of hacked items / gold
*Dummy/Storage Account: Permanent Banned + Item Wipe + Gold Wipe

IV. Scamming
*Primary Scammer/Primary Account
a.) First Offense: 1 month ban of primary account and any accounts under his/her ownership.
b.) 2nd Offense: 3-6 months banishment for personal account and any accounts under his/her ownership. Length of banishment will depend on the severity in regards to scamming was also involved etc...
c.)3rd Offense and so forth: Perma ban of all accounts.
*Scammed Item Recipient: 1 Month Banned + removal of scammed items / gold
*Dummy/Storage Account: Permanent Banned + Item Wipe + Gold Wipe
*MASS SCAMMERS/HACKERS* These are players who just scam for a living, making several dummy accounts, in reliance to impersonation, hacking, generally disrupting the peace and order of the server will result in a permanent ban of all accounts under his/her ownership and IP ban permanently.

V. Buying/Selling/Trading of Accounts
a.) First Offense: 1 month ban of all accounts under the offender's ownership.
b.) 2nd Offense: 3 months ban of all accounts under the offender's ownership.
3.) 3rd Offense: Perma ban and deletion of all golds and items under the offender's ownership.
*For traded accounts, the staff will not assist or give out any account info, we deeply discourage this kind of behavior and hopefully you will understand the risks involved*

VI. Auto pots is not allowed
a.) Violators who will use auto pots in game will be penalized
First Offence: 1 week ban
Second Offence: 2 weeks ban
Third Offence: Permanent ban
